hi im getting the same issues since last friday when i connect to a vpn everything works soon as i disconnect boom back to square one ive phoned a few times now and keep getting past about i am thinking of canceling with plus net and going else where as it seems nothing is being done

We can see that your connection has been intermittent (to say the very least) today.

 

Now that it's back up and running is the issue resolved, or is it still ongoing?

no it is still ongoing only way i got full access is when using a vpn i was told to turn router off for 65mins but still no luck these as been going on for nearly 7days now and been told to do the same thing all the time ive also tried 2 different routers and still no luck like i said only works with vpn

You never guess what it's happened again this month soon as my bill gets paid I get this error been like this since the 17/12/2018 I know I'm still in contract but I am in the process of moving suppliers this shouldn't be happening two months in a row.

this just seems to be an ongoing problem for so many. The guys here sorted this for me about a week ago..but now its happening again..I tried to get to my account today to pay my bill and it fails every time. Hoping like you that someone sorts it again for me. Sad

Nope that didn't work either only way I can browse online and watch Netflix and play online is via VPN access this needs sorting nearly two weeks and no solution.
