"You can't change your products for the moment"

Hi,

 

Ive had broadband with plusnet for about 2 years but for some reason i can't do anything in my account because of the error You can't change your products for the moment.

I saw this had been resolved for other people via these forums so I thought Id post here.

 

I tried calling the help desk but I get cut off every time.
