Following a highly commendable time of 36 minutes to reply to my opening ticket ....... by Dxnxxl Gxxxn BOT - DSL Logged Faults ....... late on Sunday afternoon I have not had any further communications since replying to his comment and therefore am unsure about what is happening next.

Hi Alistair,
The ticket (to me at least) seems to be rather confusing and I'm not sure where the amount of discount is actuaslly coming from (it doesn't equal the £7.50 that I thought you should have been paying).
Could you drop me a PM when you're free for a chat? I did try calling your house number and your mobile.

Unfortunately for me the problem wasn't sorted in real world time and my account has been debited incorrectly on the 27th Jan
I presume it wasn't an error on James's part but that of the "system"

Is this the double (ish) billing problem we had on the 26th? You paying by credit/debit card? If so, the refunds should be hitting accounts soon. Really sorry
