Yep I can make and receive calls from the line.

Ok, thanks for getting me that info. I'm going to send an email off to a separate department who can help us identify where your line is registered. If we can find where the line is registered then we won't require an engineers appointment (which means you don't have to wait until April!).
I'm going to send them email now but we normally don't get a reply for at least 24-48 working hours from the other service provider and due to the weekend being around the corner it may not be until Monday that we get a response. I'm going to leave the other order going through (to install the new line) just in case we need this as a back-up.
I'll check back on this tomorrow with regards to a reply and update you on the account.

I've taken another look for you today and luckily the department we were waiting for a response from has replied! I have re-placed the orders for you to take over the working line at the property and I have updated Ticket: 80977678 for you. We'll continue to monitor this in case there are any problems with the orders but hopefully it should all go through without any problems!
