"Free" evening, weekend & mobile calls

O.K. there's a 1 hour limit on the so called "Free" evening, weekend and mobile calls.

But if you go over that limit then you get hit with an excessive charge.

I was on the phone, starting at 21:00 for 1hr 7mins 55secs and got charged £1.20

Have they charged me for the entire time or is 7mins 55secs equal to £1.20
