"Failed" fibre upgrade request (due 8th)

On 5th June, I decided to accept an "offer" to move from fibre to fibre extra and save 99p per month and duly received a confirmation e-mail (Ref: EPN0099) with a change date of 8th June.

One minute later a second e-mail (REF: E0553) arrived indicating there was a problem. Checking the tickets, Ref: #202415355 states:

A modify order on this account was unsuccessful.

The reason given was "Self install is not a modifiable parameter.".

Modify order type:

An attempted move from ADSL 1 on WBC to ADSL2+An attempt to change the upstream capping

Request assistance to sort this problem.

@PeeGee  This seems to be happening quite often. Have a look at this thread, you will need PlusNet staff to sort it.

Thanks, will look there, though expected it would need staff intervention.
