Hi I have had to raise a claim as my order hasn't tracked yet, quidco says it's on your side is there anything you can do to resolve this

Would it be possible for you to send over exactly what Quidco have advised as we can't currently see anything on our systems that they have queried this to us?

Thanks they asked for my order number and state that they have raised a claim with yourselves and are waiting for a reply
Don’t worry - Plusnet has been taking an average of 4 months to process claims up to confirmation stage

We've checked our systems and could not find a match for your account. Can you message the account number across that they requested and I can check by that?

We're looking into this, out of interest would it be possible to provide the transcript they gave you so we could chase this further with them.
For the cash back payment, your services do need to be active and then it's usually paid within a month.

Thank all I was looking for was confirmation of the claim as this was the only reason for signing up to offset the line cost
Thanks for your cashback claim! Here's what happens next: 1. We have added £ 70.00 to your activity page. The status will show 'Claim raised'. 2. If more information is required to support your claim the Quidcare team will contact you shortly. 3. The Quidcare team will hold your claim for the duration of the validation period and then forward this on to the retailer to process the cashback amount of £70.00 4. The retailer will then confirm payment or decline the claim with a reason. You can view the average confirmation times on the retailer page.
