quidco need an order number to raise cashback claim

Hi I ordered through quidco and it hasn't tracked so they need an order number to proceed but I don't have one, they state I should have had one in my confirmation email but I didn't get one.
Can you let me know what either my order number is or account number

If you can find an invoice raised on your account in the Member Centre (go to Account Details, View Transactions link)? If you have one, click the invoice number and look for Service ID. Drop the leading zero to leave 7 digits, and that is your account number.
