product change-what does this mean?

On the producer change page.

"If you switch your broadband product, we'll reduce your monthly broadband bill for as long as you keep your phone service with Plusnet."
Ambiguous to say the least. How much will they reduce it?
My contract expired, for both phone and broadband several months ago,I was looking to take advantage of the "save £7.49 a month, on unlimited 12 month contract".
Would I get this automatically or is that a pipedream?

Those offers are for new customers only.  Existing customers can phone cancellations / customer retentions team and ask what deal they might be able to offer for a new contract.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: product change-what does this mean?

I thought earlier in the year, there was a ruling about these 'new customers only' deals, and they were judged to be unfair to existing customers.
Ah well, already got sky tv and they seem really keen to get us as broadband and phone customers. Ring than first see what's on offer, then ring PN.
