problems with info on account....

Hi all

just logged in to check on contract etc etc & I'm presented with:-

Now I'm pretty sure I'm some way through a 2 year FTTC deal so where;'s the correct info these days? 

I'd have thought it would be under Billing & Payments and Broadband but as you can see... it ain't 🤔🙄

Perhaps a Plusnet staffer can take a peep?

I've had excellent responses from a few staffers on here over the years,, just hoping they haven't all left 😂

Edit & update:- by chance noticed on my latest bill email that I had a different login !!

I am in now as the new me & all seems well.
