Select View Closed Questions within a date range then put dates which bracket the 19th May and you should see it

I see nothing that helps me with my problem, just confirmation that 17.76 would be taken from my account is.. the fact is that i have been charged and payed for something i did not want, and didn't even receive.. .............

Looks like a different issue if you didn't request it in the first place? Are you sure you didn't log in to our website on the 19th May and request the pro add-on service?

I never requested PRO ADD ON... besides the point, the point is the fact that i have been charged and actually payed for something i never received.. and i never wanted.. it is a simple error.. which need a simple refund...

and what if i did request this pro add on.. ? lets say i made a mistake and requested the add on by accident then realized what it had done and took it straight off.. does that change things? i still would be paying for something i hadn't received.. I have no need/use for a pro add on what so ever !!

it does seem that you did request the pro add on on the 19th May via the portal. I can see that it is no longer active so, I will err on the side of caution and refund you the £9.52. I have sent you an email to confirm this.
