I have just moved to Plusnet the price for Unlimited Fibre Extra is advertised as £24.99 a month but I have been charged £26.90 how does this work out contacted plusnet and was told that this was a price increase even though it is still shown as £24.99 on their web site which it was when I first contacted them

Apologies for the confusion caused by this. Looks like the first person you spoke with yesterday wasn't sure what's going on. I can confirm that the correct discounts have now been applied onto the account and this issue should not happen again going forward.
