prepaid reward card

Signed up to Plusnet and the service was activated on the 9th June. Part of the deal was a £70 prepaid card but I've not received anything to say when I'll be recieving this?

Is anyone able to help please?

Apologies for the late reply, I was unfortunately taken to hospital abruptly. I got back yesterday but sadly have still not received anything about the prepaid card.

Is there anything you can do for me please?

It's almost impossible to get through to anyone about this - I find it obsurd that Plusnet cannot be contacted by email or a live chat. Not everyone has twitter and those who are hard of hearing use email/chat as preferred methods....So here I am jumping on someone else's post just to get a response.
My fibre unlimited line was activated on 19/06/20. Part of the deal was a reward card for £60. I have not yet received a claim email which is sent 10 working days after activation - I have checked in spam/junk and this has not arrived.
Please can you advise as this was the incentive that made me choose you over Talk Talk, which offered me fibre at the same price.

To be fair to plusnet, the response I've had off here is far quicker than I ever had with BT!
