to whom it may concern
When i signed up with Plusnet. it said we get money back which i haven't received. Could you let me know how to receive it thankyou.
Also since we have changed to Plusnet, We have had problems with getting online, the speeds are there but with connection issues. when we was with our last provider we didnt have any issues. That was FTTC same as yourselves. I have checked my cabling to the Openreach Connection box which feeds my property, Sorry i work for openreach. any chance you could check our profile on the network to see if there is any problems and let us know please.
