plusnet to sky no option to use mac key?

hi ive just ordered sky as i,m leaving plusnet, but there was no option to enter my Mac key on skys online order pages, do i need to ring sky and give it , or is it like plusnet where i dont need to give it as switch happens automatically, ( just when i switched from sky to plusnet there was no need to give Mac key)?

You may not need a MAC to move to a fully unbundled service.

thanks for reply, yes just spoken to sky, and they dont need a mac key if your with plusnet or a few other companys as they sort it out automatically their end
