plusnet are saying if my direct debit isnt setup in time i have to pay this month by credit card and have a £1.50 surchage
i offered to pay this month by bank transfer - but they say they dont accept this! has anyone heard of a company not accepting bacs or bank transfers
worst customer service ever !

Hi chrislacey,
The direct debit charge is something that is automatically applied to your account if if isn't paid in this way.
I appreciate that you're still attempting to pay this way. I've dropped a ticket on your account that you can view at https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search
