phone bill.....

i need a 7 day grace on my bill having problems getting my money from work

This needs to be under My Account/Billing here.  A mod will probably move it there for you.  However, I don't think you can deal with billing issues on this forum but they may be able to arrange a time to call you if you find their customer service lines even busier than usual.

From checking over your account everything looks spot on and up to date, if you still need a grace period come your next invoice generation I recommend calling 0800 432 0200 to get through to our Customer Support for a slightly faster response time.
