Indeed, these are taken as a single transaction.
The exception might be if your billing dates do not align internally. So if you are being billed on different days, raise us a ticket to investigate the billing alignment.

hello, i have one bill on the 8th for line rental and anytime and one on the 7th for calls to be taken out on12th or after, is it possible to have one bill many thanks

This will just be because it's a new account and the phone and broadband were activated on different dates. The payments will realign for your next billing date and both should be charged on the same day.
