signed up with plusnet on the 11/8/15 and asked that my monthly payment to come out on the 16th of each month " as i asked " my service went live on the 24/8 this month and have been told yesterday my payments will come out of my account 25/8 each month,i rung them on the 25/8/15 and was told they can not or will not change the date to the 16yh of each month,very pi@@ off

Plusnet have ALWAYS set the billing date from the date your service goes active - if anyone from Plusnet indicated otherwise they need a bollocking!
