payment method

hi ive been with plusnet a while now and always paid my dd but due to breakdown of relationship i cant now as it was paid out of ex account as i dont have a bank account i cant find an option to have a paper bill sent out so i can pay at post office does anyone know if they even do this  the waiting time on phone is redick so thought i would try here thanks in advance p.s my bill is due in nxt couple of days so need sort this asap
