payment failed (over and over) even after receiving confirmation of details updated

every month we get a failed payment message

 

every month we pay the 'overdue' bill and get a confirmation it's been paid

 

every month we update the payment details to the same used to successfully pay and get a confirmation they've been updated

 

every month these details disappear and the process starts again

 

same issue across three accounts

 

why is this happening? why is there no support email address?

Hi @icarver,

I'm sorry to hear this is occurring. It's especially strange that this is occurring across three different accounts - have you attempted to contact the bank about this issue?
