could my payment date change my payments are coming out of my bank on the 2nd and i would like the 10th can some one sort this out for me thanks

Hi martin249,
the billing date depends on your broadband activation date and as such we can't change this. We have a company wide rule where there cannot change this as it causes lots of problems with the system.I'm sorry I couldn't give you a better reply than that.

That is not entirely true is it Plusnet????
You changed my billing date from the 9th to the 7th without notification. You then told me in writing that my billing date was the 9th and always would be. You then billed me on the 7th. This after nearly 2 years on the 9th of each month. So billing dates can be changed when it suits you.
