Can't believe I am having to post same problem again 😕
Today is my bill day , but I don't pay with DD ! , revived email saying my bill is due £****** amount , I pay by debit card but I can't even call on phone , got cut off after 20 min waiting , chat says 30 people waiting in que 😕
Even if I wanted to pay today I can't .
Plusnet you need to sort new billing system NOW !!!!!!! not in another 8 years

Currently on phone told 30 min wait time 😞
Annoying message says can't take payment over phone , but pay on internet ? , how can you pay when system don't work?

35 mins on hold , was told its a know bug

How long has this been a know bug and not fixed !

Oh yes before someone spouts up , set up a DD ! i pay via debit card as it suits me , and have done for last 7 years here ,

just the same as i pay my mobile bill to O2

But i can honestly say Plusnets billing system in the last year is getting worse and showings its age , you cant even see the amount the bill is untill you get restricted how can you budget for something you dont know untill its too late

Does this happen using IE or Chrome?
Also, are you able to pay online at www.plus.net/pay?

@Gandalf  yes Cheers , but if you remember you have had to sort this problem out for me previously   and it should not be happening .

As i said i was told on the phone its a known Bug ?  so why has it not been fixed ? 

The Sooner PN gets their act sorted with this new payment system the better , but i wont hold my breath .
