password recovery



I forgotten my password for my plusnet account. Ao i click forgotten password fill in the username and code then check my e-mails click on the link and it says "

Over one hour has passed since you asked for a password reminder.

For security reasons, you need to start the process again"

When i have done it straight away


Anyone know how to resolve this?

Have you double checked the system time on the device you're doing this on?
