paperless billing

hello everyone from a VERY silver surfer, my question please - as a new member to plusnet, we would like to have paperless billing, how do we go about signing up for it, or, is it the norm when 1st joining.

That is the norm.
There isn't an option for receiving paper bils

just shows how much we elders know of these machines (where's my quill ) !!!

we are learning, and in about 5yrs we will know how to switch these things on  .

It's that button you pressed earlier before you had the cup of coffee/tea, the button that made the thing in front of you glow
