overcharged since renewing my contact

i renewed early and enhanced my phone package slightly. There is an open question about this that I added a comment to as I have been charged more than the price I agreed with the sales team. The ticket doesn't seem to be being actioned

I've manually readded the discounts and this shouldn't happen going forward.

I've also added a credit to your next month's bill to cover the overcharge

Just had my November bill and am still being overcharged by £2.00. Last month you charged me for mobile calls even though I have them included in my phone package. That got corrected.

So every month since august renewal, my bill has been wrong.

Please can you refund the over payment and try and make sure that the bill is for the right amount going forward.
