yes but I didn't order a router with my new contract and the old contract ran out so I find it a bit cheeky that I should have this while I didn't ask for it and then be charged. And the way things are going I might leave anyway.
HI Blim, The fibre product you have moved to is on minimum 18 month term and the router provided is part of the account package change, the £5 charge sounds like it would have been for P&P although you haven't been charged for this.
