over charge

I have just been charged £61.97 for initial charge , there was a mistake on this amount to the tune of £33.50 over charge, the initial payment should be £28.47 which you agree on,why have I still had to pay £61.97?

Re: over charge

Hi there,
Sorry about the overcharge, it was due to a problem we had which is now resolved. Your refund is currently being process, it can take up-to 10 days for you to receive this.

Re: over charge

Instead of starting a new thread I would like to ask about my bill too which I also think was overcharged.
I was charged £63 for the initial month when I think it is suppost to be more around £30 for the first month.

Re: over charge

Hi there,
It's the same issue I'm afraid, it's been fixed now as Chris says above but in your case the payment is still going through. As soon as it's done we'll refund the incorrectly taken £25, really sorry about that. I'll make sure the refund is done for you as soon as the current transaction has completed.
