order cancellation process policy is not customer friendly

I wish to cancel this order as I have cancelled my house move plans. I am not moving to this address now.  Order installation date is 20th Jul and order was placed on 4th Jul.
I called many times today but no one answers. no one is picking up the phone.  I care for an elderly person and I don't have a printer for your form and don't want to go to post office to risk myself getting an infection.  Your cancellation advice below is not legally compliant. There is a European law that customers should be able to order the cancellation the way they ordered the service, which is online in this case.  I should be able to cancel the order from my manage account section. 
 
Your instructions "If you decide to cancel, you can do this either by completing our Cancellation form and sending it to the address listed within or by calling us on 0800 013 2632 or 0330 123 9197"
