Hi , I'm with Plusnet for about 15 months now , but unfortunately I need to move house because of my landlord sold the house and I'm moving to another house but they have already net and phone there so how much I need to pay if I want cancel the contract?still need to pay all the 8 months left ?

Basically have look here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary
It will show which items are activated
At the least you will have the £25 cancellation charge but then you may have some other items if you took them in the last 12 months such as a free router
Other than that you can give 10 days notice and have nothing else to pay
I am assuming that you aren't on a business product where it may be different

Thanks for your fast reply Oldjim , well I don't remember but someone told that when my wife made a phone call to plusnet about our contract...I really don't know...but yeah I saw that it says £25 cancellation charge on my member center so I only need to call to plusnet and ask for a cancellation of contract and send back the router and pay £25 correct?
