obviously on the wrong package

Been on fibre for less than a week but it's obvious that I need to be on extra rather than value; streaming youtube, skygo and youtube is eating my 40GB allowance at a frightening rate! I used the control panel to change to extra but it says that it will not change till my billing date - is there any way to change package before then?
