not very happy left plusnet still being charged

Hi i left plusnet due to the new prices, told the person on the phone i wanted to leave plusnet and would be using a mobile only from now on for everything, then we moved house a few days alter

I paid the extra fees (86118751 ) and i thought that was that, today i get an email telling me plusnet cant take this months payment, i wonder why.

Please can someone sort this out, im not best pleased.

thanks, i think it might be sorted but not sure, im told plusnet didnt close the account correctly, but i will wait for your reply to confirm its all sorted

I'm sorry to see how this was handled, however I can confirm it is now in hand with our billing team to ensure the account is closed without any further fees.
