not very clever...

how can someone save money upgrading his/her allowance?? either way it is the same!!

Erm, I'm not sure there's a need for the slightly snide attitude here – I expect hercules has merely missed the subtlety of the fact that the ‘£1.00 per 1GB’ means it's charged in 1GB blocks rather than 5GB blocks. Obvious to all of us of course because we know all about Plusnet's products – but not perhaps to everyone else.

Not to me it isn't.
I can't see any option to increase my usage allowance by any amount other than by raising the total cost limit which is in multiples of £5

If he was on BBYW than it would have been at £1.25 per GB

That's exactly what I was missing, thanks for your kind reply. For a moment I thought I forgot my mathematics, but now it makes sense...
