no cash back

Hello.

I was swayed to join  plusnet by the £75 cash back offer for new online sign ups in August.  However, I have received no email, no cheque, no notification... nothing. I checked the rebate was on the summary of my contract before I committed to buying. I realise the sticky on the subject says to wait. I've waited. I have contacted support, by phone and online chat.all promised to help and escalated but nothing Some support would be really appreciated. Thank you.
