no £75 cashback email received yet

Hi, my broadband started on 5th March and I haven't received a £75 cashback email yet.  The customer service phone line seems to not be open.

I have a very similar issue & am currently getting ignored in the "£70 cash back email not received" thread. I will watch, with interest, to see if you have better luck getting a response.

Hi @joy1, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you've still not received your cashback redemption email. I have looked into this for you in detail and although I can't confirm anything via this support channel I've updated a ticket on your account with my findings which can be seen here.
