Hi first post  Smiley
Supposed to joining from Talktalk on Monday 14th September and I have not received my router yet. I have tried to contact customer services but all I get is '' you are not yet connected '' and then they hang up.
Is there anyone on here that can help thanks in advance  Smiley

Re: new member

What usually happens is one of the forum Plusnet staff will say something like "It was due for dispatch in time for your activation date but I've now sent one manually for you"
However seeing as your migration date is so close and it's a week-end, that's not going to happen.
It may turn up in the Monday's post.
I presume you don't have one kicking around?
