hi there just checked my account my bill should about 34.00 not 39.98 as my last was 43.98 so when i rang up to stay i was told he would knock off a tenner for a 18 month contract  so it should be 33.98 or so can u please look in to it as it stands you have not stood my your end / all so have the ip tv in inclusive with the deal to stay
