On 4 July I renewed by broadband contract for an additional 18 months at £23.99 per month. I got an email confirming this.
In early August i was charged £41.75 as my "product change is in progress".
Contacted support and got a £17.76 refund.
Product change is still showing as pending. Can anyone please help to get this sorted?
