my partner has just set up a new plus net account. He cannot remember his password but had not set up his new email account as was told he could keep his previous email account (with f9, part of plusnet) . He cant get a new password sent as the system will be sending him an email to his new account which has not yet been set up. no-one answering calls. What to do?
