moving to temp accommodation does she have to cancel broadband?

Hi I've looked on plusnet but can't see this scenario.
Daughter (again) is transferring to new region. Sold her house & moves out in 2 days (Thurs 19th). Yes, this is a last minute query!!
She intended to transfer her plusnet a/c to her new home but new home fell through due probs down the chain.
Daughter is having to move into temporary rented accommodation (no phone) until she finds and completes purchase of new home.
Is her only option to cancel her plusnet a/c and re-join as a new member once she's purchased her new home?
btw Her purchasers are arranging to transfer their broadband to daughter's property.
As always any advice gratefully received

I suspect a call to the Customer Options Team on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 (09:00 to 17:30 weekdays) will be the quickest way to resolve this dilemma.
