Hi, im moving house soon, and have 6 months left on basic broadband only contract. I wanted to know what would be cheaper, paying to have it all installed at my new address or paying to cancel my contract early (and how much that would be as it differs on my account page to on your terms and conditions on the website). both charges seem a lot.

So we can either discuss a new deal that may be a little bit more expensive that what you currently pay (depending if you go with basic broadband or fibre) and we will cover the cost of your house move, or you can pay the house move fee and we keep the current contract running at the new address.
