migration to sky completes on 8th of june

hi
ive been given a date of migration to sky on the 8th of june, my question is how come plusnet have given me a cancelation date of the 13th of june???
if my line is completed n moved to sky on the 8th of june surely the 9th of june would be more appropiate surely? as thats when my contract ends (line taken over)
anyone got any advice regarding this

I've just checked your account and it's actually scheduled for closure on the 9th.

hi, yeah its sorted now, i raised a ticket and they changed it from the 13th june to the 9th, still not sure why they had it down as the 13th june tho, but all sorted now thanks
