So my migration date for the first few hours showed as 31 dec 2013 (almost 3 week wait).
It then changed to 20 dec 2013 (yesterday).
Yesterday dave told me it was actually 31 dec 2013 which made the alarm bells start to ring in my head yet the status page stayed at 20 dec 2013.
Now its the 21 dec 2013, my infinity is still online, and the migration appears to have not happened.
Now the status page says this. and again I have no reply to my support ticket.
So my questions are.
1 - When am I actually going to be migrated.
2 - If its the 31 dec (seems a odd date) why has the status page been showing me the wrong date.
3 - why doesnt the status page show problems and instead have to contact staff to find out why is a hold up.
4 - if its 31 dec why is 3 weeks needed for a remote migration (no physical work).
It then changed to 20 dec 2013 (yesterday).

Quote Broadband orders typically take a week to complete.
We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due , has completed.
