well asked for a mac wich has to be issued within 5 working days and not recieved it
so were is it and why has it not be given would be nice to know,the service for the customer of this shower is terrible in my opinion
shame it was not good in the first place or i would not be leaving

Have you checked 'Your Questions' in the member centre? https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search
If I recall correctly that's where it appeared when I asked for one some time ago but also check your emails.
If not, I guess you'd be best to telephone customer service.

no mail has usual with this company dont care once you have agreed to use there service its a shame because other than customer service i have no real issues
but i have taken advice from OFCOM and i will see if i recieve it today if not it will be taken further no point in dealing with these ignorant people

When did you request the MAC and was it by phone? I've just had a look over your account and can't see any record of it. I'd suggest giving our Customer Options Team a call today and they should be able to sort this out for you.
