line rental saver

Although I have been trying for two weeks on and off I cannot purchase the line rental saver.

The system tells me nor can the customer service people renew on my behalf.

Are you in a position to inform me when the online option will be available.

There has been an ongoing [-Censored-] up with account that I daren’t change anything at the moment in case it further causes confusion

Hello @login, I can see the above issue is resolved in relation to the question number 18408333. With regard to line rental saver you should now be able to add this onto your account via the online member centre or calling our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632.

Tried again and same fault persists.
Gives the option of visiting a wizard but his spells must have run out
and was of no help.
