leaving plusnet no brainer

i looks as i will be leaving plusnet not because of bad service the only reason is price tt offer unlimited bb and anytime uk calls for £18.95 on 12 month contract but plusnet just said that they could not match this  so its a no brainer? i must say that i had 1 problem regarding dead phone which was very quickly sorted thankyou so i may be back on plusnet depending on the offers  when the time comes other than that thanks to all for your help and lets hope switch goes ok  thanks agian

Re: leaving plusnet no brainer

Good luck with that. I had a year in hell with TalkTalk before I switched to Plusnet. I never even got broadband out of TalkTalk, just a phone service (when it wasn't getting screwed up. On the positive side, I did get quite a lot in refunds and compensation from them. You should look at https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/OFCOM-comparison/m-p/1536303#M81350 before you go.
