late payment

I have paid my bill late yet there are still restrictions on my service

When did you make the payment?
I ask as the account is still deactive and with an outstanding balance.

When a payment fails, I would recommend making the payment of the failed invoice via credit/debit card as resubmitting the payment via direct debit would not remove restrictions straight away.
It can take 3-5 working days for a direct debit payment to clear and unfortunately restrictions will apply until the payment clears.
