hi web pages not loading tv over internet like now tv not loading and other probs now tv worked great last night now unable to Connect is it pos to lift the restricts it will be paid Friday on pay day

Can you advise what error you are seeing when trying to log in online?

hi there it was could not access Plusnet members site time out could get on to this site ok but all so not get netflix our now tv can now and thank u for your time in sorting it out ps could not pay as no access to pay needs sorting it out asp

hi again just trying to pay bill no chance will have to ring / all lings to pay on forum no good our members center / bring back the old days click on a link and payed / hope i dont get charged the admin £5.80 pound odd to pay

Thank you for providing the error message that you are seeing.
We currently have an open incident (IMT-2576) raised with regards to being unable to make a payment on http://plus.net/pay and via the account. Please note that this is not effecting every single account but it is effecting a small percentage.

Can you lift my restrictions, I can't connect to anything, except here. As I see it, I have until the 26th to pay [payment will be made on the 21st] I've tried to change my payment date in the past, but to no avail.

PS I got into my account, there is no way to lift restrictions and continue browsing, it also says my bill was due on the 6th Dec, no it wasn't, it was the13th Dec. getting fedup with this company. Now I have to go another eight days without internet, and pay £12 for late payment, talk about want your cake and eat it too.
