I am enquiring about a refund I am supposed to be receiving after cancelling a fibre broadband order with plusnet.
[CSA Removed] of your support team opened question 203626677 on my account on 08/07/20 to refund my initial order payment which was debited to my barclaycard account. Since then no refund has been received. How do I get this actioned?
