increasing my usage allowance

Hi,  joined last week and took out the 10GB allowance but now realise this isn't enough,  I've changed my account to the 60GB but this wont start until 1 June,  Is there anyway I can change this now.

Yes - you can either phone or raise a ticket.- the automatic upgrade system won't do it
It may well be picked up here on Tuesday

Sorry for hijacking an old thread but this answers a question I had....
I'm in a similar position in that I meant to upgrade to Extra from Value because we have someone staying that want to stream TV in his room but I forgot!  Usage is already at 19GB with 3 weeks of the billing period to go.  At this rate we will have paid for a year's upgrade in one month!!
I raised a ticket and was told mid-term changes are not possible.  Is there anything that can be done?    I know about the price limit that can be set but I don't want to force reduce speeds, just pay in advance for extra data.

That is wrong
Mid term changes are completely possible but not through the normal product change process.
Raising a ticket, as you have done, is the way it happens.
Given that this probably won't be picked up here until the morning why don't you phone in and hopefully you will get an agent who is more clued up

Unfortunately at the moment we've had to stop mid-month account changes, this was due to incorrect charges appearing on customer invoices after this had occurred.
Hopefully we'll get this functionality back shortly but in the meantime we can only arrange for the account to change on the next billing date.
